Designed to enhance the Kojin Grill, the Kojin Grill Coal Plate Unit is a stainless steel insert that holds additional coal for increased convection capacity. When the Kojin Grill Coal Plate Unit is added to the Kojin Grill, heat circulation decreases cooking time while creating optimal food caramelization.

Note: The Kojin Grill Coal Plate Unit cannot be used on its own.
